Tyler Reeves is a licensed real estate broker and financial services professional based in Waynesville, North Carolina. As an eighth-generation native of Haywood County, he brings a deep-rooted connection to the region—its land, its people, and its values. Tyler’s professional background is uniquely well-rounded. Before transitioning into real estate, he built a successful career in both the automotive industry and land surveying. As Sales Manager at Crossroads Ford of Waynesville, he led high-performing sales teams, managed valuable inventory, and oversaw finance operations with strict attention to compliance. Earlier in his career, he served as a Survey Crew Chief with firms such as Ensley Land Surveying and Owens Surveying, gaining hands-on experience in land development and construction layout. This technical foundation allows him to help clients make informed, strategic real estate decisions.

At Howard Hanna Beverly-Hanks, Tyler specializes in guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process with clarity and confidence. Known for being detail-oriented, strategic, and highly responsive, he has built lasting relationships and earned the trust of clients throughout the region.

Tyler holds an Associate of Applied Science in Geomatics Technology from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, completed his real estate education through the Crumbie and Trull School of Real Estate, and maintains AFIP Certification in Financial Services as well as certification as a Public Notary.

Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted family man. He and his wife are raising three children and stay actively involved in school events, sports, and community activities. He is also deeply committed to health and fitness, spending six days a week in the gym and running regularly to stay mentally and physically sharp. Whether in business or in life, Tyler believes in showing up fully, giving his best, and staying grounded in the values that have shaped him.
