A proud Haywood County native, Pamela Penny Williams grew up in her grandmother’s real estate office, where she developed a love for the industry at a very young age. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Tennessee. After college, Pamela served as a Regional Vice President for a major real estate investment firm before returning home to launch her own successful real estate business in Western North Carolina.

Today, as Co-Founder of Gateway Realty Group, Pamela is passionate about mentoring and developing agents as they build strong, sustainable real estate careers.
